Resources

Help for families. Tools for clinicians.

A starting point, growing over time.

Trusted resources for Oregon families and young people, and for the child and adolescent psychiatrists and trainees who care for them. We'll add to this list as COCAP grows, and we welcome suggestions.

For families and young people

Help for families and young people

If you or someone you love is struggling, you are not alone. These Oregon and national services are free, and the people answering are trained to help.

Looking for a child and adolescent psychiatrist?

Your child's pediatrician or primary care provider is usually the best first step. They can refer you, and in Oregon they can consult a child psychiatrist directly through OPAL-K while you wait. Your health plan's member services line can also help you find care in your network. COCAP does not provide clinical care or referrals.

For clinicians and trainees

Tools for clinicians and trainees

Screening tools, consultation, and support for the people providing care. Everything here is free to use.

COCAP shares these links as a convenience. Listing a resource does not mean COCAP endorses it, and COCAP does not provide clinical care or crisis services.
